Application for International Credential
Evaluation.
Required documents (for both general and detailed evaluation):
- Official academic transcripts, indicating all subjects/courses taken and grades earned
- Clear, legible photocopies of all official diplomas or certificates
- Precise, word-for-word English translations of all documents (if applicable)
If your documents are not issued in English by the institution attended you need to have them translated
before they can be evaluated to US academic standards. (see Translation)
Certified translations must be performed by a qualified translator or a translation service and must be
�word-for-word�. |
Application for Education/Work Experience
Evaluation. (For Immigration purposes ONLY)
Applicants who need an evaluation based on combination of education/work experience need to submit
the following:
- Detailed Resume (Curriculum Vitae).
- Letters from employers verifying employment and specific responsibilities (You may need to present this
information to USCIS along with the Evaluation Report).
- A detailed description of the position which is being offered to you.
- All transcripts, diplomas, certificates for completed studies.
- Application for Education/Work Experience Evaluation (completed and signed).
